From Communication Studies to AI Systems
Communication training gave me more than writing and observation; it gave me a way to organize problems, explain behavior, and design information flow.
Many people see communication studies and AI systems as unrelated tracks.
For me they are connected by methodological transfer. Communication training taught me to ask who is speaking, how information is structured, how audiences misread it, and what collective effects emerge from repeated interactions.
That same frame now shapes how I look at AI systems: how upstream information enters the workflow, how the middle chain changes the result, and how downstream users interpret and act on the output.
This is also why I care so much about interface, pace, language, and trust. They are not packaging. They are part of the system.
