Life Exchange

What It Is

Life Exchange is my flagship product and now a working local-first MVP. It does not start from “another productivity tool.” It starts from a more fundamental question:

Can growth, decisions, and direction be modeled with more clarity?

I am building toward an AI growth partner that helps people see themselves, understand change, and organize long-horizon choices. It is not meant to replace agency. It is meant to support judgment.

Who It Is For

The first users are not everyone. They are people who repeatedly face meaningful long-horizon choices and have outgrown fragmented tools:

• Young builders, researchers, creators, and other high-agency users
• People navigating repeated career, geography, relationship, and identity decisions
• Users who care more about clarity, memory, direction, and judgment quality than generic productivity gamification

These people have usually tried journals, task apps, chat history, and knowledge tools already. What is still missing is a surface that helps them understand change and organize decisions over time.

Current MVP

The product now has four connected surfaces:

• A Web PWA for evening settlement, time quadrants, six base currencies, identity voting, weekly review, and local JSON import/export
• Custom assets with creation, archive, and daily settlement entries
• A monthly board review for pattern discovery, stage naming, next-month allocation, and minutes
• An Expo mobile app that reuses the same domain model and aggregation logic
• A sync server for login, bootstrap, push, pull, session checks, device revoke, and data summaries
• Conflict handling and encrypted snapshots for multi-device sync

Public environments hide sync by default until privacy, terms, support, and release-readiness checks are complete.

Validation So Far

The repository passes domain, web, and mobile typechecks; web lint and production build; iOS Expo export; domain tests; and a Playwright smoke test of the main web flow. The product is now a runnable and testable private alpha rather than only a thesis.

Known open work remains visible:

• A complete physical-device and mobile end-to-end matrix
• Responsive and accessibility QA
• Privacy, terms, support, and release checks before public sync
• Longitudinal validation of retention and decision quality

The honest stage is working MVP, not product-market fit or scaled operation.

Why Me

My background spans communication research, public-discourse analysis, multi-agent simulation, RAG systems, and agent evaluation. Those lines of work look different on the surface, but they point to the same underlying interests:

• How people understand the world
• How systems shape judgment
• What kind of interface helps people become clearer rather than simply faster

Life Exchange is where I compress those threads into one long-term product question.

Next Stage

The next step is to move the MVP toward a more credible private alpha:

• Complete mobile, accessibility, and release-readiness checks
• Tie content, memory structure, and growth modeling into one user path
• Build a more legible review and what-if interface for long-horizon decisions
• Test retention, comprehension cost, and judgment quality with a small number of high-fit users

Longer Arc

In the portfolio, I describe the farther horizon as Embodied AI. If a growth-modeling and cognitive-support layer works in software, it could eventually become part of a robotic companion or embodied system.

What I care about is not a machine that follows instructions more aggressively. I care about:

• Systems that can grow alongside people
• Agents that respect human pace and judgment
• Products that treat compassion and decentralization as design principles
